Project Scope
- Demolish existing finishes in shared Jack & Jill layout; protect adjacent rooms
- Install cement backerboard at floor and tub/shower surround
- Apply waterproofing membrane at wet areas
- Replace 5’ alcove bathtub (or retain) and tile the surround (porcelain), to ceiling
- Install new porcelain floor tile throughout (≈80–110 sq ft)
- Tile shower/tub walls (porcelain) with grout & caulking
- Replace double-sink vanity top and undermount sinks (≈60")
- Vanity Option 1: Refinish existing vanity (paint/spray + new hardware)
- Vanity Option 2: Replace vanity (≈60" cabinet with drawers & doors)
- Install two widespread faucets (Kohler / Signature Hardware / Brizo)
- Replace mirrors and vanity lights (pair), update GFCI as needed
- Replace tub/shower valve and trim kit
- Replace toilet
- Drywall repair as needed; make walls paint-ready
- Install base shoe molding and make paint-ready
- Paint walls and touch up trim as needed
- Cleanup, haul-off, and final punch
